Residents question location of downtown handicap stalls

Getting to the pharmacy is getting to be a problem since Provo resident William Halladay started walking with a cane. For years he has patronized downtown businesses like B&H Pharmacy, Mullett-Hoover jewelers and Joe Vera's Mexican restaurant, but he never needed handicapped parking until he fell off a roof in April and broke both feet.Save to My Web
