On July 26, 2006, we will celebrate the 16th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA is "sweet sixteen" and its impact has been sweet too! Sweet as a Tiger Woods 15-foot birdie putt. Sweet as a last-second Michael Jordan jump shot.
